Rescue Me ID: 15-05-01-00407Smokie (male)

Bichon Frise Mix    Age: Senior

Compatibility: Good with Female Dogs Only, Good with Kids and Adults
Personality: Average Energy, Very Submissive
Health: Neutered

Smokie is about 13 yrs. old. We got him from a shelter. He was already neutered, potty trained, and crate trained. He obeys simple commands (sit, lay down, shake). He has lost most of his teeth, but still manages to eat solid food. We have another male dog and are having problems with both of them trying to establish dominance in the house (leg-lifting). We cannot get this under control, and before the introduction of the other dog, Smokie never, every would have done this. Our only solution is to separate the two dogs, but only if Smokie can go to a good, loving home.
