    Meme is a 12 year old female, bichon frise, in need of a permanent home. Her health is declining and her current family can no longer support her medical costs financially. Although her health has not been evaluated, veterinarians have suggested several tests in order to diagnose her constant appetite, increased urination, weight loss, allergies and skin issues.
