Needing foster home for a while, but could be permanent adoption. Wylie is my daughter's dog and is unable to care for him at this time and I am away from home too much with work. We have had Wylie for 5 years. He is very smart, trained and has a great personality, and is a 'people' person. He was a rescue dog from a Texas pound. He is in perfect health except for some allergies, I guess, which cause some tear staining of the eyes. He probably would not do well in an apartment because of the noise. Bichon Frise Dogs can make good pets in Oklahoma if they match your IifestyIe. The Bichon Frise is a cute, small, lovable dog. Bichon Frises are very companionable and like to go everywhere with their people. Bichon Frises get along wonderfully with children and other pets. Bichon Frises need to run and play and get plenty of exercise; in addition to playing, they need to be taken on regular walks. Bichon Frises do not yap indiscriminately and they make good watchdogs.
