Bichon Frise Mix    Age: Adult

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs, Good with Kids and Adults
Personality: Average Energy, Very Submissive
Health: Blind, Abused/Neglected

I am an attorney in Philadelphia and I have to surrender a dog. Her name is Missy. She is about 6, has some lumps, some hair loss and is blind. I'm told by the Vet that she is blind because she doesn't make tears and needs drops 3x/day to help her eyes. She is sweet. Her owner had to be hospitalized and needs to go to a nursing home. Unfortunately, she was alone in the home for 4 days before I knew and could get there. She was very upset and frightened, but I got her groomed and checked out by a vet. I'm taking her to the vet tomorrow to see about the tumors. As you can see from the photos, she loves being a lap dog and gets comfortable ... (Read More)and falls asleep almost immediately in your lap. She is fine with my dog, Weasley, who is a 6 year old male lab mix. She does the happy dance whenever you talk to her. She is able to do the steps and walks on the leash ok, but needs guidance. I've been trying to stabilize her diet and get her on a schedule. I just can't keep her. I'm hoping you can assist in finding her a home. (Less)
