Rescue Me ID: 14-07-21-00675Georg (male)

Bichon Frise Mix    Age: Adult

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs, Good with Kids and Adults
Personality: Average Energy, Very Submissive
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current

George is a very sweat boy. I have paperwork stating he is full blood maltese but he weighs 22 lbs so I know he has other in him. I believe Bichon. He has never had a problem with any person and actually scares me sometimes that he would go with anyone if they spoke nicely to him. He had never had an issue with any dogs unless they initiate it. He is is very friendly with dogs and the only real problem I have ever had is a neighbors yorkie that has attached him, even then he did not seem to know how to defend himself and he has never instigated it. Although he has had yearly teeth cleaning's he has very bad teeth and has lost ... (Read More)several but it does not keep him from eating dry food and many other treats. He also has been diagnosed as hypothyroid and has to take synthroid twice a day which I put in his food or a treat. The cost is only $20.00 for a 3 month supply. I have to move in to take care of a family member who is ill and they are not allowed to have pets. I do not have any family or friends who are able to take him. It breaks my heart because he is a very good boy but I have no choice. He is used to me working from home so he would do well with a like situation or with someone who is retired and can be there with him. Or another dog in the home. He does have separation anxiety and will howl if he is feeling lonely. I will post pictures soon (Less)
